TRAi Social and TRAi DataIQ (the "Service") are operated by TheRiot Agency ("we", "us") for use by our team and consenting agency clients to manage social media publishing and analytics for accounts they own or administer.
By connecting a social media account you confirm you are authorized to manage that account and grant us permission — through the platform's official consent flow — to schedule, publish, and measure content on its behalf. You may disconnect at any time by revoking the app's access in the platform's settings.
The Service may only be used to publish content that complies with the connected platform's terms and community standards and with applicable law. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Our handling of data received from connected platforms is described in our Privacy Policy; deletion is available per our data deletion instructions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheRiot Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Social platforms may change or revoke API access at any time; we are not responsible for platform-side changes or outages.
