Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from TRAi Social / TRAi DataIQ (operated by TheRiot Agency) at any time, in two steps:

1. Revoke the app's access

In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find TRAi DataIQ → Remove. This immediately invalidates the access tokens the platform issued to us. (Equivalent settings exist on Instagram and LinkedIn.)

2. Request deletion of stored data

Email ken@theriot.agency with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of the connected page or account. Within 30 days we will delete all stored access tokens, account identifiers, analytics records, and scheduled content associated with your account, and confirm completion by reply.

Checking an automated deletion

Removing the app in Facebook, Instagram or Threads also triggers an automated deletion here. The platform shows you a confirmation code when it does. You can check exactly what was deleted against that code at /deletion-status?code=<your code>. If it reports partial, some records could not be matched automatically — email us with the code and we will finish it by hand.
