TRAi Social and TRAi DataIQ are marketing tools operated by TheRiot Agency ("we", "us") to manage social media publishing and analytics on behalf of our own brands and our consenting agency clients.
When you connect a social media account (for example a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or LinkedIn organization), we receive and store: account and page identifiers, page/profile names, access tokens granted through the platform's official OAuth consent flow, and aggregate content performance metrics (such as impressions, engagements, likes, comments, and shares). We collect content you or your agency team compose for publication. We do not collect passwords, and we do not access personal messages except where a feature you explicitly enable requires it.
Data is used solely to provide the service to you or your organization: scheduling and publishing approved content to your connected accounts, retrieving performance analytics, and reporting. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below.
Access tokens and related data are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare infrastructure and in Salesforce (for scheduling and reporting records). Access is restricted to authorized TheRiot Agency personnel. Media files you attach to posts are stored in Microsoft SharePoint and, transiently, on Cloudflare R2 for delivery to the social platforms.
We retain data while your account connection remains active. You may disconnect at any time and request deletion of all stored data — see our data deletion instructions.
